Originally from Ecuador, Evelyn migrated to the U.S. with her parents as a baby and has lived in Chicago since then. She is a DACA recipient with several years of experience working with immigrant-serving community-based organizations. She holds a Bachelor in Industrial & Graphic Design from University of Illinois, giving her a unique perspective in the nonprofit sector. Evelyn is the Administrative Coordinator at Co-op Ed Center. She oversees various projects, and supports the administrative operations of the organization. She enjoys redesigning and finding innovative ways to sustain and maximize organizational capacity with a user-friendly lens.
