Janeth is the founder of Corazon de Valor y Fortaleza, a community-driven organization whose mission is to improve the lives of immigrant women, including survivors of domestic violence, by tackling basic needs while empowering them to become leaders. She is a community organizer and leadership development trainer. Her focus includes transformational leadership which addresses issues of trauma, life-skills development and counseling.
